The Oman Surgical Society is a non-profit organization under the umbrella of the Oman Medical Association. It was first established in 2008 and has since been actively involved in supporting both patient and surgeon communities in Oman. It provides a platform to gather all surgeons in Oman from different subspecialities to promote surgical scientific and academic activities. The Oman Surgical Society’s mission is to support, engage, advocate for, and represent all surgeons of Oman, allowing them to deliver and maintain the highest standards of care to the citizens and residents of the country.
